The showroom and waiting area are always clean and tidy and the staff smart in uniform and always courteous and polite. I am always satisfied with whatever needs to be done and understand the explanations given to me in a simple and understandable manner.

Peter the PR person is a "delight" and what an asset to the company to have him there when one arrives.
Being an older person feeling "comfortable" with your dealership is very important.

Andrew and Ryan were both friendly and accommodating from the word go. I had no intention to purchase that day but after a long discussion they fit my needs in with their desire to sell the car and both parties were happy. They were professional and knowledgeable and they sold the car to me in a very personal manner. I didn't feel like i was being scripted or that I was just a number. I enjoyed the whole experience and love my new car.

I always feel confident that the people at the Service desk are looking after my needs, and always pay attention to the details.  This visit was for a "minor" service only, and the offer to do the "re-call replacement" of the airbag at the same time was greatly appreciated. The ride home with an apprentice is also a pleasure.  Keep on providing the friendly customer service.

As per usual, right from the get go, Peter delivered the bright and bubbly welcome to Jarvis, Adrian was very professional booking the car in and ensuring we understood everything that was going to done plus checking on any concerns we might have. We then appreciated the drop off to work.

Big Thanks... our car was required to be kept over the weekend with unexpected repairs and Jarvis were brilliant in supplying a demonstrator Levorg for our use. Great car, being the station wagon of our WRX it was very impressive and good looking which is not something Subaru cars can be known for.

When we picked our car up, Matthew was super efficient and friendly.
