I was happy to wait as you have the office area that I can work from. I said it needed to be finished by 1.30pm as I had a meeting to get to and then at 11.30am was told it was finished which I was delighted with. Staff were helpful and friendly and I really like the man at the front gate that helps me into the car park and welcomes me there. Great all around experience and I tell everyone.

Due to a breakdown (in Tailem Bend of all places), I needed to bring our Subaru in to Jarvis West Terrace for an emergency repair. I left a voice mail for the service desk at 8.30 am and within the hour I had a call from Danae who helped to schedule a booking, give an estimate for the repair and fit in the short-notice repair needs of our Outback. Danae was ON IT — alert, professional, accommodative and positive. She listened and took thorough notes and nothing seemed like too much trouble. This is exactly what was needed.

When I arrived at Jarvis Subaru later in the day (on the tow-truck no less), Danae was busy but overheard me replaying my details, to another service clerk — "I've already done that sheet!" she said, and promptly picked up where she had left off earlier that morning from the telephone call. She carefully reviewed the repair request and gave clear options and costs when needed. When I asked about a loan car for the period the Outback would be in repair, it wasn't a problem and promptly arranged one.

During the course of the repair, Danae called to keep me informed of the progress and estimated completion time.

I am delighted with this level of customer focused care and consideration. Many thanks to Danae, and to the management at Jarvis Subaru — give her a raise or at least make sure you acknowledge her effort, it should not go unnoticed.
