The standard and quality of service at Jarvis Subaru was fantastic. This is our second car we have bought off them. This time it as my 150,000 service on my Forester XT and as usual everything ran smoothly starting at the the welcome and where to park, then taken to service reception by Peter, from there Matt greeted and as arranged loan car was sitting ready and waiting.

I was given a time of job completion, which was spot on and the work was explained, so what more can I say, other than my experience with the Jarvis Team has always been so easy and never a drama.

Needed the replacement of a broken sunroof. It did take almost 2 months for all the parts to be available, and while that was difficult for us , the staff did all they could and were always professional in the way they treated us. We had the use of a loan car for a couple of days. Along with Ben and Jodi, we must say how pleased we have been with Catherine in the way she assisted us throughout this repair. We feel she is a credit to your organisation.

The dealership were able to hold my car over the long weekend while I was away, so they could service it any time. They looked into a few issues for me, and my car came back cleaner than I left it, even on the inside. The staff are always wonderful.
