Buying a car can be stressful and sometimes even depressing and difficult. However on this occasion it was almost fun.


Both Lewis and Laura were great to deal with - they were polite, friendly and very understanding.

Lewis was very patient and relaxed when he explained how the technology operated and there was no pressure to understand everything the first time around. His advice on how best to use the technology, based on his own experience was great. In the end we felt very confident we were buying the right car for us.

It was actual a very pleasant experience and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting all the members of your team.

After driving my XV in from the Country yesterday morning I pulled up at The National Wine Centre and 3 warning lights displayed on my dash all regarding braking related issues. A quick google search identified the nearest Subaru dealers and I called the number displayed, the call was answered and dealt with professionally and I was asked which dealer I would like to be put through to either in the city or Kensington Road - I choose Kensington Road as I didn't want to drive through the city if it was a serious braking issue.
A lady answered at Kensington and after explaining my dilemma she advised that although they were booked solid if I came around they would have a quick look and at least try and ascertain what was wrong.
I drove there and was dealt with straight away, the lady I spoke to found a serviceman almost immediately and my car was taken away - after about 5-10 minutes they advised the issue was minimal (brake light switch), what it would cost to repair and that they could fix straight away. (My invoice has advisor listed as Georgia Reid - I can't recall her name but the lady I dealt with was exemplary in her service).
I was showed a comfortable seating area where I could address some work issues in peace and was called when the repair was complete - close to 15 minutes. There was even an offer to clean my car - unfortunately country living, dirt roads and vineyards plus a lack of available time prevented me from taking up this generous offer.

I am consistently on the road in my job as Business Manager for the Wine Grape Council of SA - my vehicle is often my office so the prompt service and alleviating any concerns regarding my safety were greatly appreciated.
If I lived in Adelaide I would most definitely use and recommend Jarvis.
Wonderful, helpful and professional service rarely experienced - could not be more happy with my experience.

The car was cleaned both inside & out. The loan car was excellent. The staff were very helpful. We were 100 percent satisfied with the service we received.
