Every thing was done and customer service was excellent.

We found all the staff at Jarvis Subaru, Kensington, to be extremely helpful but particularly found that John Sheppherd did everything we could have asked for. He was very personable and would certainly recommend Jarvis on the basis of all the help and advice that we got from John.

I was greeted by the most lovely man at Valet who showed me where to park took me to a consultant at the desk and asked that they call me a cab to get to work, when I asked him where the cabs will normally come into he said take a seat and ill let you know when it get here, I was amazed at the level of service, the lady on the desk offered me a coffee while I waited and called me when my car was ready which was at the time I had asked for it to be ready.

When I picked up the car the male who took me to my car asked if I needed any support with knowing about all of the features on the Jeep I have, I did not even get this offer when I brought the car.

I was amazed at the professionalism of the service.
