I was really impressed with your service & assistance when we came in to the West Tce showroom. As I mentioned to you later, we hadn't really expected to pick a Subaru & I had had a bad experience with another car dealer for a different make of car. This highlighted the difference in your approach, being helpful, interested & not pushy. The fact that I had been into the service centre during the week & had a good experience with the service team, incl Georgia, reinforced to me that there is a genuine commitment to client service.

Of course we were also impressed with the car itself!

Thanks again for your help. I have passed your name on to a client of mine who is looking at a new forrester & would be happy to refer others to you.

I just wanted to send both of you an email this morning to say thankyou for the extremely professional service you both provided me in relation to the purchase of the new Subaru Forrester, which I collected last night.

The level of client contact provided was above my expectations which in turn made the entire process much more straight forward considering the complexities associated with the purchase of the vehicle from my end. Customer service is so important within your industry and I can see why Subaru at West Terrace has such a good reputation.

I recently purchased a car from Jarvis Subaru. The service I received from Sales Consultant Jamie McLaren was outstanding. From the outset, Jamie was approachable and knowledgeable. His non intrusive manner allowed me to ask questions when needed without being bombarded with the insensitive 'hard-sell' approach of many car dealers.

Dear Melinda,

Yesterday afternoon, I rang your service booking line with some enquiries regarding the servicing of my car and I was fortunate enough to have Marta answer my call.

Being in the customer service based industry myself for over 25 years I recognise the importance of having someone on the "front line" who can deliver a great customer experience, no matter the situation, and Marta certainly did this. I had quite a number of queries to field and Marta dealt with them all in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner.

In point of fact, I think she went above and beyond what would normally be expected and she made me feel very valued as a customer. Her service was exceptional, her manner exemplary and she is most definitely an asset to your business.

Please pass on my thanks to her, as service of the calibre she provided, is all too rare these days.
