The staff at Jarvis Barossa were extremely helpful when my lights failed to work. In a stressful situation, they put me at ease and allowed me to use a loan car when I had no other way to travel from work to home and back.

My first service was matched by the second, which was carried out professionally, on-time, and fully explained on collection. Minor concerns were address, (a minor vibration under the dash). The courtesy drive back into the CBD was helpful. Left the Service area with confidence and with a clean vehicle, hoping my XV will continue to give satisfaction.

The Answer Is Nathan Saddler. In my years of having several cars and meeting Nathan about 6 years ago, I have taken my car nowhere else. The experience of my first service of our Subaru XV was beyond my expectations, firstly a friendly reminder by phone and email that the service was due. A front of house staff member guided me into a parking area and then into the reception area where the friendly receptionist talked me through a check-in procedure. I had two concerns about a certain function, the receptionist arranged for an engineer to talk it through, we actually went for a test run so I could demonstrate my inadequate explanation. All was resolved, coffee followed then a courtesy lift back into the CBD. The service was finished on time and the vehicle washed. Does it get any better?
