Normally I have a good experience at Jarvis Adelaide however this morning has not been that pleasant. On querying about a tyre issue I was advised my issue was caused because I rejected having a FWA. I did expect my tyres to be rotated at the last svc as it was apart of the svc., not done. On arrival today I specifically told the service advisor to tell the service section not to touch my tyres as they are being replaced the next day. When my car was ready I was advised that the tyres had been rotated. Not happy as I had to wait another half an hour to have the tyres put back to what they were. Again ready to leave, I go out to My vehicle to find out hasn't been washed (which is a svc Jarvis always provide). Another half hour wait before I can finally leave. I felt that as a regular customer that was not overly happy when I arrived that no one really cared and were only interested in me paying. Subaru do provide a shuttle svc to the city if required and have water and coffee available for customers.
