A mixed experience at Jarvis Subaru. Was difficult to book in for service, with 1st attempt spending 10 minutes on phone to make a booking, then to find that it never was saved in their system. I then had to wait another 3 weeks for availability. I reported heavy steering in Forester MY25 & this was first ever service. Tech report says all fine but I would have appreciated more explanation as to why this is my experience- now thanks to Chat, I understand more about the dual pinion electronic steering set up & fine balance needed with tyre pressure. I tried to explain my perspective but was met with’all fine’ and no real insight.
