The guy explaining the results of the safety check went above and beyond. He was professional and willing to explain the results clearly and he patiently sought the mechanic to answer complex questions for me to proceed with my steps with the car being under warranty. I was pleasantly surprised because I never received such an excellent service as this and felt very well looked after.
