I recently had my vehicle serviced by Subaru Jarvis’s on 23/09/2026 and was very impressed with the customer service. From the start, the team clearly explained the service requirements and the cost and asked if I had any concerns with my vehicle. I was advised if any additional work was required, they would contact me before proceeding. Later that day, I received a video showing the repairs that were required , along with the cost of, and was given a choice to proceed.This excellent communication and attention to detail saved me from an extended wait and having to make another trip to the dealership.The team was professional, friendly and efficient throughout, and the coffee while waiting was a nice bonus What really stood out was the personal follow-up. After my service , the site manager even checked in with me in the car park to ask how everything had gone and whether there was anything else they could help with. I continue to return to Subaru Jarvis because of the quality of their service, their attention to detail and the genuine care they show their customers. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended
