The meet and greet staff is very helpful. The service staff at the counter explained the scope of service very well. The service is faster than expected. All in all an excellent service. The only negative is that the washing gear broke down and the car is not washed. However I can dropped in later when the washing gear is fixed for a free complimentary wash. There was also a shuttle service into the city but I did not require it.
