During early stage of buying a new car I spoke to various Jarvis Subaru staff at 2 locations. I found all staff to be polite, helpful and very informative in the time they spent with me. I had to wait for delivery of a hybrid model to take for test drive. I ended up having 2 test drives and both times the staff were not pushy. I am wrapt with the new car. I like the spacious feel due to big windows and huge legroom & headroom in the front and rear. I found it easy to set things up in the new car. On the second day getting the new car, I took a friend for a drive and he was also impressed with the spacious feel of the car. There looks to be a good chance he will trade in his current car to get a new Forester in the future.
